i had very well decorated and romantic room to myself with a balcony and new appliances, as example.

Great location, just a short walk to everywhere.

Nothing too much trouble, I would definitely recommend it. This deluxe hotel has impeccably clean and new-fashioned rooms, located 12 miles from Ciampino airport. The property's location is peaceful and the staff are superfriendly. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet!

we loved being in this property. we didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, even so everything was modern. rooms with terrace had a quiet atmosphere.

The location was good and magnificent and the atmosphere was quiet. The staff were incredibly nice, and the room was spotlessly clean and new-fashioned with new appliances, a spacious bathroom, for example.

The restaurant was perfect for breakfast. the room was very well decorated and lovely, romantic with air conditioning and a balcony. - Truly enjoyed our time there. - the location was comfortable - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

I had the most wonderful stay at a guesthouse in Rome. The host, Katarina, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The location of the accommodation was perfect, right next to the river Tevere. It was quiet in the evenings, yet still easily accessible to the city center by bus in just 10 minutes. The Vatican was also easily reachable in about 15 minutes by train. The room itself was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee machine, hair dryer, and a balcony overlooking the river. it was a great choice for my budget and offered great value for money.

That the shower drain had a compatibility issue, which required us to lower the water flow to prevent flooding. this minor inconvenience was quickly overshadowed by the delightful breakfast prepared by Katrina, which made our mornings delightful.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me, as it was away from the tourist areas and allowed me to experience the local atmosphere of the city. I loved the fact that there were no souvenir shops or tourist trap restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and gave me great recommendations on where to go and what to do. One of the highlights was the clean room with a balcony overlooking the river. Additionally, the free car parking close to the building was a major advantage.

That I had difficulty with the magnetic key to my room upon arrival, which caused some initial confusion and required assistance from the owners.
